checked my fitness levels
5ft6.5 and weight of 69kg means my bmi is ok
good hip to waist ratio
did the 35pressups in a minute without too much trouble which is the basic test of male fitness
no problem going on 10mile bike rides but have been getting pins and needles in my face and hands recently
going to be eating these foods more till i get a chance to starve the diabeties out

green tea
