2nd day without bread

testing my body to see if going without bread changes the blood glucose levels.

Used to eating 6 thick slices a day.

falling apart at 32?

checked my fitness levels 5ft6.5 and weight of 69kg means my bmi is ok good hip to waist ratio did the 35pressups in a minute without too much trouble which is the basic test of male fitness no problem going on 10mile bike rides but have been getting pins and needles in my face and hands recently going to be eating these foods more till i get a chance to starve the diabeties out

tumberic
redgrapes
blueberry
almonds
walnuts
buckwheat
green tea
seaweed
cherries
bean sprouts

bollocks now i'm diabetic?

got results for blood sugar level of 6.1 which means I am diabetic??? got a couple of job interviews next week but after that I am going to starve myself to get rid of the diabeties stay posted for results
