test done

got my blood taken yesterday.

the fact the blood was collected in vials manufactured by a company I used to work for didn't fill me with hope when it comes to the test results.

worse is the fact I know this test only takes a few seconds to do on the machine and the male nurse attempted to bullshit me into thinking a cholesterol test takes a week to get the result so no results till next year due to the xmas break

When I was 21 my cholesterol was 8.1mmol

the cholesterol readings should be lower than 5mmol according to the doctors.

I'm not taking statins because I can see the effects it has on the older guys around me.

so tomorrow I am going to the doctors to get my cholesterol level checked and will begin a test to see if I can lower the level without resorting to statins.
